## Our solution

With the decarbonization of the energy system, the operation and planning of energy grids is becoming increasingly complex. In addition to the technical challenges, the requirements are also increasing due to new regulatory framework conditions.

This means that all grid operators are faced with the challenge of digitizing their grid data, linking IT systems and making planning and operating processes more digital and efficient.

The retoflow platform helps grid operators of all sizes to master these challenges.

retoflow was founded in 2021 as a spin-off of the Fraunhofer Institute for Energy Economics and Energy Technology (IEE) and the University of Kassel.

Since then, our company has developed dynamically and now consists of a dedicated team of more than 20 experts.
